The Treasury Recruitment HUB & Executive Search is a Swiss-based recruitment and advisory firm specialized in Treasury, Corporate Finance and Executive Search. Recognized for our Swiss quality standards, discipline and long-term approach, we support international companies in identifying rare and strategic finance leaders.
As part of our international expansion, we are launching our Thailand / APAC platform and are seeking an entrepreneurial partner or senior hire to develop the business locally and regionally.
This is a unique opportunity to participate in the creation and growth of a new Swiss subsidiary in Asia, with direct impact on strategy, revenues and long-term success.
You will collaborate closely with the Swiss team and lead the following mission:
Job
- Develop and prospect an international client portfolio across Thailand and the APAC region, securing new recruitment mandates in Finance, Treasury and Executive Search.
- Lead regional strategy and operations by defining, aligning and executing the talent acquisition approach for Thailand and APAC, in line with TTRH global standards.
- Act as a strategic partner to local and regional business leaders, providing market intelligence and supporting business development to grow client accounts.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: role briefing, sourcing, interviews, shortlisting and placements.
- Publish and promote job opportunities on the website of the company, ATS, job boards and social media platforms.
- Optimize recruitment processes, ATS/CRM tools and sourcing channels to improve efficiency, speed and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, recruitment regulations and market practices.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior finance professionals across APAC.
- Representing Swiss standards of quality, ethics and professionalism in the local market
Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated, business-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Required profile:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (recruitment, executive search, headhunting, business development)
- Strong understanding of the APAC economic and business ecosystem
- Knowledge of local recruitment regulations and labor practices in Thailand
- Proven ability in client acquisition and relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation and prospecting skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and ownership mindset
Languages:
- Fluent English and Thai (written & spoken)
- Chinese and/or Japanese is a strong advantage
