Within this context, we are conducting a confidential search for a Cross-Asset Structurer (Executive Director level) to join a strategic investment and structuring team working across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.

Job

- Support the Team Head in managing mandates, ensuring optimal resource allocation and alignment with strategic priorities

- Provide advanced analytical support through quantitative modelling, data interpretation, and performance analysis

- Monitor and refine existing mandates to enhance strategies and client outcomes

- Design, structure, and implement complex cross-asset solutions including derivatives, structured notes, swaps, asset-backed securities, and financing products

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify needs, present structuring ideas, and clearly articulate product mechanics

- Conduct comprehensive market, quantitative, and risk analysis across market, credit, operational, and legal dimensions

- Drive product innovation by exploring new asset classes, structuring techniques, and regulatory-driven opportunities

- Review legal frameworks and coordinate cross-border compliance initiatives with Group Legal

- Develop investment decision and reporting tools using back-testing and advanced data analysis

- Support derivatives regulatory requirements, monitor regulatory developments, and facilitate cost-efficient implementation across the group

Profile

- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Finance, or Economics

- 10+ years of experience in structured finance, derivatives, or cross-asset product structuring within investment banks or large financial institutions

- Deep expertise in structured products, derivatives, and multi-asset strategies

- Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills; programming proficiency (Python, C++ or similar)

- Solid understanding of risk management and regulatory frameworks impacting product design

- Proven ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders in a global, multi-jurisdictional environment

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience mentoring junior team members

- Fluent English; German is a plus
