This position plays a key role within the finance and operations team, focusing on optimizing the company’s financial data and reporting processes. The Financial & Technical Analyst will develop automated dashboards and deliver meaningful insights to support strategic decisions. It’s a hands-on role centered on Power BI, data automation, and financial modeling for someone who enjoys transforming data into business value.

Job

- Design, enhance, and maintain financial reporting dashboards in Power BI

- Optimize, automate existing reports and propose innovative improvements to current reporting frameworksI

- Manage master data within the ERP system and ensure data accuracy across entities

- Act as a key internal reference for financial data and analytics

- Support management with ad hoc analyses and insights

- Enhance workflows and data quality within Microsoft Dynamics

- Contribute to automation and data-driven improvement projects across teams

Profile

Degree in Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

Several years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or data management

Strong skills in Power BI (Power Query/M, DAX) and data visualization

Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and Power Apps

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability

- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

- Knowledge of Python, R, or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus

- Self-driven, curious, and eager to improve processes through technology
