Shape global strategies:
- Devise and implement broad tax policy while steering compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Own treasury governance:
- Manage liquidity, FX exposures, banking relationships, and credit facilities that support global operations.
Drive impact:
- Be a strategic partner on major financial decisions including M&A support, transfer pricing frameworks, and cross-border projects.
Interface with top stakeholders:
- Influence outcomes through collaboration with auditors, authorities, and international partners.
What You’ll Do
- Champion global tax governance and design long-term, scalable tax frameworks.
- Lead transfer-pricing oversight and tax reporting processes across jurisdictions.
- Oversee group-level liquidity and cash risk management, including FX, credit lines, and investment forecasts.
- Represent the company in regulatory audits and reviews with key external partners.
- Contribute to strategic decisions around capital structure and financial planning.
Profile
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting or related field (tax specialization a plus).
- Proven track record in international tax and treasury roles — ideally in corporate or advisory contexts.
- Deep understanding of cross-border compliance, transfer pricing, and liquidity management.
- Fluency in English & German strongly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
