My client is providing leading-edge technology, software and services to the global construction industry. They are expanding their operations around the world and expect significant growth in their operations and resources.

In order to complete his team, we are looking for an HR IT Solution Architect with the desire to contribute to the expansion of the company.

The mission:

Job

* Be an integral part of our global team of product owners, business analysts, engineers and HR representatives.
* Together with corporate architects, you design and develop the company's HR IT landscape.
* Define the architectural principles that govern how different systems/platforms connect to each other, apply architectural models
* Through agile methods, you will constantly improve our HR IT environment to make it as transparent, simple, scalable, and flexible as possible to stay ahead of the curve of digital transformation.
* Participate in international projects and contribute to their success.

Profile

* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
* Proven track record as a software or solution architect with experience in HCM platforms and technologies, preferably Workday and SAP
* Working experience with software design/enterprise architecture patterns (particularly cloud native applications, cloud integration patterns and microservices)
* Strong understanding of system integration technologies (e.g., Web services, API management, ALE interfaces) and/or software development
* Strong conceptional and analytical skills, paired with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in Agile methodologies
* Good communication / convincing skills
* Ability and willingness to learn

It is up to you to find the right balance between innovation, technical feasibility, long-term sustainability, agility of delivery and cost-effective end-to-end implementation. Your conceptual and methodical thinking and ability to structure complex issues are required to mentor and guide other team members, subject matter experts and external partners in the field of solution architecture on a regular basis.
