The Treasury Recruitment Hub & Executive Search is a unique recruitment agency specialized in Finance, Treasury and executive position in Switzerland, Europe, Asia and Canada.

My client is one of the oldest Swiss company which core business is precious metal. They are looking to hire a Back-office Treasury officer to complete their treasury department.

He/she will be in charge of the following back-office tasks:

Job

- Manage all payments related to commodities

- Control and manage SWIFT payments

- Assist the team in all treasury operations

- Daily confirmation of trades and liaise with the banks and the front office on the potential discrepancies

- Execute daily settlements with the banks for both metals and cash and ensure that the settlements are executed accurately

- Manage all the intercompany settlements and liaise with the accounting department for all topics related to the treasury operations

- Support the month-end and year-end activities

- Proactive in the continuous process improvements

- Act as a back-up within the team

Profile

- Comercial Diploma, Accounting or banking background

- Treasury experience 2-3 years

- Understanding of financial markets

- Fluent spoken and written English and French

- Excellent knowledge in Excel and an ERP system (SAP ideally)

- Good analytical skills, curious,

- Respond well to pressure and to a dynamic working environment
