Job
- Strategic Advisory: Guide clients through the full deal cycle, from evaluating opportunities to executing transactions, while anticipating risks and uncovering growth potential.
- Market & Business Analysis: Monitor market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and design tailored strategic frameworks to help organizations make well-informed decisions.
- Client Engagement Leadership: Define the vision and direction of client projects, inspire teams, and ensure solutions are aligned with both client needs and long-term business goals.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation: Introduce creative solutions, drive adoption of new ideas and technologies, and support the development of innovative deal strategies.
- People Development: Mentor junior colleagues, foster collaborative teamwork, and cultivate future leaders within the practice.

Profile
Experience & Expertise:
- Proven track record in deal strategy, transaction advisory, or management consulting, with strong exposure to M&A, restructuring, or corporate finance.
- Ability to design and implement strategic solutions that balance both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Experience identifying market gaps and converting them into tangible opportunities for clients.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Strong presence with the ability to inspire, influence, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Skilled at managing complex projects and navigating trade-offs in fast-paced environments.
